15 Oct Wonderful First Season in St Mawes
Since we opened our doors on June 1st, we have had a non-stop first season. There was a brand new team to train, tills to get used to, coffees to perfect, and an onslaught of bookings to manage. To top it all off owner and Head Chef Will Gould also got married in St Mawes on the 23rd of July smack dab in the middle of the season. Somehow through all of the chaos we managed to have a fantastic first season – a credit to our staff and the warm welcome of the St Mawes community.
As things wind down for the winter season we are looking forward to spending some time finishing up some of the final touches to the resturant. Our new tables have arrived, long awaited signs are going up, and we are currently looking for some (much requested) art work for the walls. We will also be spending time planning out new menus for next season inlcuding daily specials and more offerings on the takeaway.
We plan on staying open (with reduced hours) for most of the winter and will be updating the site shortly with our new hours and some winter specials.
